  • This role involves coordinating the preparation of comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for various construction projects.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting the quantity surveying and purchasing teams in obtaining material supplies and technical clarifications for awarded jobs.
  • Additionally, they will assist in developing rate analyses with in-depth knowledge of market rates and maintain confidentiality regarding all project costs and budgets.
  • Collaboration with the Contracts Manager is essential in preparing and tracking cash flow and cost control, as well as participating in weekly meetings to discuss scope inclusion, exclusions, duration, penalties, and risks.
  • Support will also be required in attending meetings with the Line Manager to finalize the technical and commercial evaluation of contractors.
  • Key responsibilities include maintaining material trackers, weekly and monthly cost forecasts, contracts, and purchase orders, as well as keeping historical records of budget versus achieved outcomes.
