Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled project manager to oversee our corporate interior fit-out projects from design to construction stage.

  • This involves implementing an effective project management framework, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring timely completion within budgets and schedules.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the building construction industry as a project management professional.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Implementing an appropriate and effective project management framework
  • Managing project budget, monitoring changes/variations, and ensuring projects are completed within budgets and schedules
  • Coordinating teamwork between stakeholders, ensuring project managers work cooperatively with client SMEs and keep them updated on project status
  • Supporting negotiation and coordination with vendors and business partners through project completion
Requirements
  • Detail orientation, process-driven approach, quick problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the building construction industry as a project management professional
  • Relevant experience in managing multiple corporate/ workplace interior fit-out projects
  • Degree in Architecture/Civil or Mechanical Engineering/Construction Management or related discipline
  • Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs
  • Excellent team management and client-facing experience
  • Tech-savviness and ability to adopt digital and technology initiatives
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality and customer satisfaction
  • Independence and ability to work with minimal supervision
