Project Manager - AI Initiative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-stakes AI/ML product and platform initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with data scientists, engineers, designers, and product leads to ensure project milestones are met with speed, precision, and agility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Delivery: Drive the delivery of AI/tech product development and implementation projects from initiation to completion.
  • Technical Planning: Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans and execution roadmaps.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with data science, engineering, and product teams to align timelines, expectations, and scope.
  • Agile Ceremonies: Lead agile ceremonies (sprints, standups, retrospectives) and manage sprint planning and backlog grooming.
  • Project Tracking: Track project KPIs and ensure on-time, in-budget, high-quality delivery.
  • Issue Resolution: Anticipate roadblocks and proactively resolve issues with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Status Updates: Prepare status updates, dashboards, and risk assessments for leadership.
  • Culture Development: Foster a culture of excellence, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements:
  • MBA/PGDM: Mandatory qualification from XLRI, IIMs, ISB, or other Tier-1 B-Schools.
  • Experience: 2–6 years of experience in project management, technology consulting, or product operations.
  • AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, SaaS, APIs, or cloud-based platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Project Management Tools: Experience with project management tools (Jira, Notion, Trello, Asana, etc.).
  • Tech Team Collaboration: Comfort working with cross-functional tech teams in a fast-paced environment.
