We're looking for an experienced Lead UI Developer to spearhead the development of our full-platform UI. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for crafting stunning, scalable, and responsive user experiences using modern tools like Vercel, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and React.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create visually appealing, high-performance UI components following existing Figma designs.
  2. Collaborate with our Backend Engineer to ensure seamless frontend-backend integration.
  3. Optimize user journeys for improved performance and responsiveness.
  4. Leverage your expertise in state management tools like Redux or Context API.
  5. Stay at the forefront of cutting-edge technologies and best practices to deliver a world-class product.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in frontend development for web applications.
  • Proven track record working with modern frontend frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and CSS methodologies.
  • Experience with performance optimization techniques.
  • Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills across browsers.
  • Familiarity with Git and collaboration tools.
  • Possession of a passion for building user-friendly designs in a fast-paced startup environment.
