Job Description:


We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with 2-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Figma to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly designs. As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with our product, development, and marketing teams to design and optimize user interfaces for our AI-driven solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions.
  • Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Ensure consistency in design elements and user experience across all products.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in arts or engineering.
  • 2-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
  • Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience designing for SaaS platforms or AI-driven products.
  • Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
