We are seeking a highly skilled service professional to deliver on-site support for clients in Guwahati and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend field complaints and provide timely resolution at customer locations.
  • Ensure correct installation, testing, and performance verification for commissioning calls.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with a preference for gas engine experience.
  • Minimize turnaround time (TAT) for complaint resolution and improve mean time to repair (MTTR).
  • Provide inputs for annual maintenance contracts (AMCs) and other aftermarket opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Diploma or graduate in mechanical or electrical engineering with gas engine experience preferred.
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in field service, installation, or maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of service, commissioning, and troubleshooting processes.
