AI-Powered Quality Assurance Expert

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead our end-to-end testing initiatives using AI and automation tools.
This is a key role in driving our testing strategy forward, leveraging the latest technologies and methodologies to ensure high-quality software releases.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing, with experience in using AI tools to generate test cases, automate manual tests, and optimize test execution.
- Analyze requirements and use AI tools to generate accurate and comprehensive test cases.
- Automate manual test cases using AI-powered scripts and deploy them in CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct performance testing across browsers and devices, and create a comprehensive test dashboard.
- Translate UI component requirements into test cases using AI, create templates for React, Angular, and Vue components, and automate Storybook component testing using AI-generated scripts.
- Use AI tools to assist in test scenario generation from user stories, auto-generate test scripts using low-code/no-code or model-based tools, and monitor test execution and identify flaky tests using AI.
- 5+ years of experience with Robot Framework, Selenium, Appium, Python (advanced), JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Visual Studio, GitLab, Jira, Wireshark, PCAPs, React, Angular, Vue, JMeter, LoadRunner, Jenkins, and GitLab pipelines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with onsite and offshore teams, ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineers, and creative problem-solving and proactive automation strategy development.
