We are seeking a seasoned Junior NOC Engineer - A2P Messaging to monitor and maintain network operations, manage and troubleshoot technical issues, ensure network security, and provide technical support to clients.

The ideal candidate will be engaged in proactive network maintenance, immediate issue resolution, and supporting enterprise-level communication and messaging solutions.

  • Location : Remote
  • Experience : 1-3 Years
  • Qualifications : Bachelor in Engineering

Preferred Area of Expertise:

  • SMSC, SMPP, A2P Messaging

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide 24X7X365 NOC Support for VAS related issues
  • Manage day to day operations of SMS NOC Customer/Vendor/Route/Rate Configuration Management, Trace Capturing & Troubleshooting
  • New clients interconnect and interconnection testing

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Ability to prioritize network alarms and incidents to fulfill KPI commitments.
  • Monitoring Disk Space, log files, Dumps/logs purging, application up-time
  • Capacity management and reporting in case of possible breach of capacity

Technical Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in VOIP technologies, including familiarity with SIP and RTP protocols.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in A2P SMS technologies, including familiarity with SMPP and TCP/IP protocols and proficiency in PCAP analysis.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
