About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Senior Leadership professional to spearhead our Presales efforts, driving strategic partnerships and growth across Digital Business Services and Engineering Services. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to craft compelling value propositions, develop innovative sales strategies, and foster strong relationships with clients.

This role demands a deep understanding of cutting-edge technologies such as cloud modernization, SRE, digital engineering, DevOps, and Agile practices. The successful candidate will be able to identify gaps in our current offerings and devise targeted pitches to capitalize on emerging market trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Foster robust partnerships with key stakeholders, driving mutually beneficial outcomes and revenue growth.
  • Sales Strategy Formulation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven sales strategies, ensuring alignment with market demands and customer needs.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor landscape, and customer expectations, informing our service offerings and GTM approaches.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure cohesive execution of strategic initiatives and meet business objectives.
  • Performance Metrics and Tracking: Establish and monitor key performance indicators for strategic initiatives, ensuring timely identification of opportunities and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in presales, strategy, or sales leadership roles, with a proven track record in driving growth and innovation.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the IT services landscape, with expertise in both Digital Business Services and Engineering Services.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive strategic initiatives, and influence stakeholder decisions.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in market analysis, strategic planning, and trend identification within the IT services industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders.
