Job Title:

Senior Shopify Full Stack Developer

Role Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished full-stack developer to spearhead e-commerce projects. This role demands in-depth expertise across front-end and back-end technologies, along with hands-on experience in shopify+ front-end development.

This position is ideal for a seasoned developer who can drive projects end-to-end, with a deep understanding of e-commerce architecture and a meticulous approach to both UI/UX and server-side logic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional, scalable solutions
  • Design and build full-stack applications with an emphasis on performance, responsiveness, and maintainability
  • Work on shopify+ front-end development including custom theme development, and leveraging shopify plus features like scripts and flows
  • Collaborate with architects to define technical solutions and integration points
  • Write clean, reusable, and testable code for both front-end and back-end components
  • Optimize applications for speed and performance across browsers and devices
  • Conduct code reviews and unit testing to maintain code quality
  • Maintain technical documentation for future reference and updates
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical development roles
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with shopify+ front-end development, including familiarity with shopify scripts and flows
  • Proficient in html5, css3/sass, javascript, and front-end frameworks such as react or angular
  • Experience in back-end technologies such as node.js, express, .net, or java
  • Strong understanding of rest apis and third-party integrations
  • Experience with git and tools like sourcetree or bitbucket
  • Familiar with agile and/or waterfall methodologies
  • Bonus: Experience working in e-commerce environments and deploying to cloud platforms (aws, azure, etc.)
