Tenant Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:
This is a full-time on-site position for a skilled Tenant Acquisition Specialist in the Real Estate sector, located in Gurugram. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing relevant information about property listings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Making outbound calls to potential clients and following up on leads to ensure optimal engagement.
• Maintaining accurate records of interactions and monitoring progress toward sales targets.
• Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective communication strategies and drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in telecalling and customer service.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and property listings.
  • Ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining accurate records.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
