Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Key responsibilities include:
• Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/secondary data sources;
• Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by CapTalent HR;
• Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts;
• Responsible for the closure of sales and completing assignments;
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Providing world-class support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded;
2. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients;
3. Identifying and addressing client concerns in a timely and professional manner;
4. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services;
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
• Proven experience as Customer/Customer Relation or relevant role;
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and information systems;
• Strong collaborative, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust amongst colleagues;
• Fluency in English with additional language Hindi/Telugu/Kannada;
