Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Enhancement Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing small to medium Workday enhancements, analyzing business requirements, and determining the root cause of issues.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Workday enhancements to improve business processes.
  • Analyze business requirements to determine the root cause of issues.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation to ensure seamless handovers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver solutions.
  • Maintain knowledge of Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, and Time Absence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT administrative and analytical roles.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, and Time Absence.
  • 1-2 years of experience with ticketing/tracking tools like Manage Engine or Service Now.
  • 0-2 years of experience with Enterprise applications like Peoplesoft or Oracle.
  • Basic knowledge of SDLC methodologies, such as Waterfall or Scrum.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
