Job Title: Interpersonal Skills Coach

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Interpersonal Skills Coach to lead interactive sessions on strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills. As a key member of our team, you will also provide one-on-one coaching to help learners strengthen specific skills like strategic thinking, communication & leadership skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Training Delivery: Lead engaging sessions on interpersonal skills development.
  • Provide Coaching: Offer individualized guidance to learners to improve their strategic thinking, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Research & Collaboration: Develop tailored training content to meet the unique needs and goals of each learner, Stay current with industry trends to continuously enhance our programs.
  • Assessment & Feedback: Monitor learner progress and provide actionable feedback, Report on performance and suggest additional training if necessary.
  • Support & Guidance: Serve as a mentor, offering support and encouragement to learners, Foster a positive learning environment that promotes growth and development.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in interpersonal skills training and development techniques, Share knowledge and best practices with our team.

  • Interpersonal Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Presentation & Facilitation: Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Virtual Training Tools: Proficiency in using virtual training tools and platforms.
  • Organizational & Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Empathy & Emotional Intelligence: Empathy and emotional intelligence.
