Job Summary:

We are seeking a Visual Designer to spearhead our brand's creative vision and execution.

You will define the design language, build brand guidelines, and lead a small creative team while staying hands-on with high-quality design work.

Your responsibilities include creating and overseeing social media campaigns, emailers, presentations, and marketing materials that strengthen brand presence and deliver business impact.

We require creativity, innovation, and effective communication skills to drive success in this role.

The ideal candidate will have excellent storytelling abilities and be well-versed in branding, typography, and layout principles.

Responsibilities:
  • Visual Identity: Own and define the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a creative team (designers, writers, video editors, etc.) to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Creative Development: Design and oversee social media creatives, emailers, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create storytelling-driven campaigns that drive results.
  • Process Optimization: Build and streamline creative processes and workflows for efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Design Innovation: Stay ahead of design trends and tools, bringing innovation to campaigns.
  • Brainstorming: Lead brainstorming sessions and inspire breakthrough creative ideas.
  • Execution: Balance hands-on design work with strategic leadership to ensure world-class execution.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of relevant creative experience in a brand or agency ecosystem.
  • Complete knowledge and understanding of all relevant software & tools.
  • Understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, emailers, and marketing assets.
  • Baasic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative storyteller, high on emotional intelligence.

Preferred Industry: E-commerce, Consumer Brands, Marketing Agencies, Startups
