Job Description

As an expert in application monitoring, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our applications. This includes setting up and configuring Dynatrace for application monitoring, performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting user issues, identifying recurring issues and implementing long-term fixes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setup and configure Dynatrace for application monitoring
  • Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot user issues
  • Identify recurring issues and implement long-term fixes
  • Set up alarming for Dynatrace and Splunk, fine-tuning alerts as needed
  • Integrate Dynatrace alerts with incident management tooling
  • Analyze and optimize application code for error handling and alerting
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in operational application management
  • Expertise in setting up and configuring Dynatrace
  • Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and principles
