Key Role in Automation and AI-Driven Solutions

The Manager plays a pivotal part in our organization, focusing on the development and engineering of automation, AI-driven solutions, and workplace orchestration.

This position collaborates with business leaders to translate business problems into technology-based solutions, while continuously exploring modern workplace trends and applying them within our enterprise context.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop workflow automation using Microsoft Power Automate (Power Platform) and custom applications using Power Apps to digitize and streamline processes.
  • Create and enhance interactive dashboards and analytics solutions using Power BI for data-driven decision-making.
  • Purpose-build Copilot-based AI agents for productivity, insights, and self-service use cases. Low-code/nocode platform, orchestration
  • Integrate AI models (including Azure OpenAI Service) into enterprise workflows for enhanced decision-making and automation.
  • Implement intelligent orchestration to connect different workplace systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Azure services) for a unified employee experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Digital Workplace, End User Computing or Automation/AI Solutions development.
  • A proven track record of building automation solutions, AI integrations, and workplace orchestration in enterprise environments.
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, endpoint management, collaboration tools, automation/orchestration, and security compliance.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Evaluate alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards in solution design.
  • Create technical documentation, adoption guides, and knowledge articles to drive solution usage.
  • Support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of delivered solutions.
