We are seeking a curious and ambitious individual who's passionate about new technology, AI, automation, and digital content creation. The ideal candidate will have the drive to research, test, and implement tools, as well as the creativity to help us implement our digital transformation strategy.

The role of Digital Transformation Assistant is a vital part of our team, supporting this strategic agenda. As a key member, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our digital future.

A high level of English proficiency is essential for effective communication with our global team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Explore and recommend practical applications for various technologies (AI, RPA, BPA, agents, and digital tools) across different departments.
  • Support the implementation and roll-out of new systems, including pilot testing, feedback, and user support.
  • Develop engaging digital training materials, such as short videos, tutorials, and guides, for our Digital Training Academy.
  • Document solutions and share knowledge to empower staff to adopt new tools with confidence.
  • Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and provide support when required, serving as a bridge between IT, users, and the transformation team.
  • Monitor licenses and costs for digital tools, identifying opportunities for efficiency.
  • Work closely with HR and the training team to identify critical digital skills and develop relevant training resources.
  • Contribute to new technology-focused projects as part of our transformation journey.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Degree in IT, AI, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field (Graduates with strong potential will be considered).
  • Experience with automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, or similar).
  • Knowledge of AI tools and agents (ChatGPT, copilots, Auto Gpt or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in digital content creation: ability to create engaging training videos, tutorials, and learning material using tools like Canva, Camtasia, Adobe, or AI-driven content platforms.
  • Basic technical and process troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with resilience and a sense of urgency to find effective solutions.
  • Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new technologies, conducting basic analyses to determine their value within the organization.
  • Quick learner with excellent communication skills (verbal and written), able to explain technical ideas simply and clearly.
  • Good listening skills to discern user and business needs.
  • Sound administrative skills, tracking exploration, learning, roll-outs, and licenses with a good memory of what has been explored, communicated, and decided upon.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and able to work independently.
