Job Title: University Admissions Specialist

Role Summary:

This role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality service aligned with our strategic objectives.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Admissions Data Management & Integrity
  • Process applications and documents from students/agents on Salesforce.
  • Evaluate academic and English credentials to determine admissibility to university programs, making decisions accordingly.
  • Contact applicants for pending documents, checking eligibility and validating documents.
  • Verify the authenticity of academic documents, English language proficiency, and letters of recommendation.
Administrative Support
  • Support the admissions team with pre-arrival registrations.
  • Establish contact with students for timely arrivals.
  • Review and coordinate mailboxes and upload documentation daily.
  • Respond to email inquiries.
Others
  • Conduct financial checks before CAS issuance, ensuring UK visa requirements are met.
  • Credibility interview applicants before and/or after receiving initial deposits in certain cases and markets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We require candidates to possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and experience working in admissions and documentation.

  • Holds a degree-level education.
  • Has recent experience working in admissions and documentation.
  • Has experience working in a Higher Education environment.
  • Has UK study experience.
