We are seeking to recruit a talented professional in Data Analytics hiring to support business growth and future capabilities.

You will be responsible for managing Data Science & Analytics hiring, working together with various internal and external sources to screen, source and fulfill hiring needs.

You will manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, guiding, supporting, and developing a recruitment team through a business partnership and relationship management mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Recruit, lead and manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Recruitment Deliverables: Devise sourcing strategy & recruit using multiple channels - agencies, job boards, referrals, campaigns basis generic, niche & super niche skills we hire.
  • Process Adherence and Efficiency: Ensure process adherence and develop checks & balances to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to understand requirements and provide required insights.

Requirements:

  • 12-14 years of overall experience, 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics hiring (particularly Actuarials, Catastrophic roles) and some understanding of analytics front (catastrophic modelling, etc).
  • Team management experience of at least 4 years is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and tools for Data Analytics hiring.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and finding trends.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, data management, computer science, business analytics, or related field.

Reporting Line:

The position will report into Human Resources.
