Software Quality Assurance Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the highest level of quality in our software products. This involves identifying and addressing any defects or bugs that may arise during development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and design to identify and prioritize testing efforts.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough coverage of software functionality.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing to identify defects and report them to the development team.
  • Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve defects in a timely manner.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in software testing for web and mobile applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
