Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Store Operations Manager to lead our sales team in Bengaluru, IN. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business results and ensuring the store meets its sales objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service Excellence: Understand and satisfy customer needs, provide exceptional service at the point of sale, and handle complaints and returns efficiently.
  • Product Optimization: Control product inventory, meet sales targets, transmit product information, receive merchandise effectively, and optimize stock levels.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a high-quality image for your section, apply merchandise criteria, and assist the store manager with store maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Team Leadership: Select, train, develop, maintain, and organize the store team, control budgets, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Budget Management: Protect store assets, inform the store manager about section provision, organize inventory, control wastage, and comply with administrative procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required, along with 5+ years of experience in retail management.
