Job Summary

  • Optimize costs through proper use of supplies and equipment.

Motivational Responsibilities:

  • No supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications and Education:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in an upscale hotel or resort as a Line Cook.
  • Culinary school degree required.
  • Strong management, communication, problem-solving, and people skills.
  • Superior customer service, teambuilding, and conflict resolution skills.
