Job Opportunity for CyberArk L4 Engineer

In this highly sought-after role, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues and providing expert support to clients. As a key member of our team, you will participate in critical management activities, prioritize tasks, lead major design enhancements, and respond to high-priority incidents.

With a strong focus on proactive problem-solving and continuous service improvement, successful candidates must possess extensive experience with CyberArk configurations and have a proven track record of driving innovation through development and troubleshooting. Typically, this position requires 10 or more years of relevant experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Contribute independently to new projects and initiatives
  • Develop solutions to meet client requirements
  • Manage and troubleshoot high-priority incidents
  • Implement patches and manage changes
  • Create knowledge bases and technical documentation
  • Analyze logs on GPAM component servers
  • Process and escalate CyberArk tickets
  • Set up and configure test systems
  • Request and approve firewall changes
  • Provide 24/7 on-call support
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and process owners

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • Must Have:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
    • Business analyst skills and responsibilities
    • Unix and Windows administration expertise
    • Knowledge of networking principles and CCNA certification
  • Good to Have:
    • Ability to handle updates and configuration changes
    • Certification in CyberArk Defender and Sentry
    • DevOps experience with Dynatrace, Docker, Puppet, Ansible, and GIT tools
    • PowerShell scripting knowledge
