Aerodynamics Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Aerodynamics Expert to join our team. As an Aerodynamics Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing aerospace systems using advanced aerodynamic principles.

  • Design and analyze complex aerospace geometries to minimize drag and maximize lift.
  • Develop and implement computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations to predict aerodynamic performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate aerodynamic design into overall product development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience with CFD software such as OpenFOAM.
  • Strong understanding of aerodynamics, including compressible and incompressible flows.
  • Ability to simulate complex geometries and interpret results.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with hypersonic flow physics and related modeling techniques.
  • Experience in HPC environments and parallel computing.
  • Knowledge of turbulence and transition modeling.
