About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to spearhead our software development efforts. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for guiding a team of skilled engineers and overseeing the delivery of high-impact solutions in the life sciences industry.

Key responsibilities include mentoring junior engineers, managing project execution, and collaborating with product and design teams to bring innovative ideas to life. You will also play a key role in shaping our engineering practices and team culture, leveraging your expertise to drive technical growth and accountability within the organization.

Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years as a tech lead
  • Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development using JavaScript (Node.js, React.js) and Java
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure and experience deploying applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB)
  • Deep experience with RESTful APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation
  • Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban)
