We are seeking an experienced professional to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams in a collaborative environment.

Job Overview

This role involves ensuring seamless alignment on requirements and implementation by gathering insights from various teams, prioritizing user needs, and driving project execution with Agile best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gathering requirements from pathology and laboratory teams.
  • Managing product backlogs and prioritizing user stories.
  • Leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Driving project execution with Agile best practices: tracking progress, identifying risks, resolving blockers, and communicating updates to leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must be detail-oriented.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Scrum Master in healthcare IT.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalent certification.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare workflows, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).
  • Proven experience in Agile methodology, with ability to lead cross-functional scrum teams and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
