Job Title: Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Consultant / Specialist

Improve financial business processes with our team of experts in Salesforce FSC.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions to meet the complex needs of wealth management, banking, and financial services organizations.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize FSC features, ensuring seamless integration with core banking, CRM, and third-party applications via APIs and middleware.
  • Customize and extend FSC functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, and automation tools, ensuring compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and issue resolution for FSC implementations, guaranteeing high-quality performance and optimal results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve and refine FSC solutions.
  • Ensure all project deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in Salesforce, with 3+ years specifically in Financial Services Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of FSC data model, action plans, referrals, client lifecycle, and relationship management.
  • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and automation tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, profiles, and sharing rules.
  • Salesforce FSC Certification or Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Consultant Certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Immediate availability (mandatory).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Wealth Management, Insurance, or Banking domain processes.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
