Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position is expected to be a seasoned Cloud Practitioner who manages Service Delivery and Practice Building, provides strategic advisory services, conducts market research, and develops data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance. This individual will be a self-starter who enjoys strategic problem-solving and guiding client requirements.

An effective candidate must have demonstrated the following abilities in the recent past:

  • Shape Offering: Understand business requirements and create a tailored solution that brings value to the requirement.
  • Solution Definition: Define the solution, resource plan, and implementation approach. Identify the top cloud architecture solutions to successfully meet the needs of the organization.
  • Drive Internal Processes: Execute internal processes in relation to ITIL Life Cycle Practices.
  • Cloud Implementation Project Management: Drive delivery of Cloud implementation project end-to-end from business case, roadmap to deployment.
  • Non-Functional Requirements: Apply non-functional requirements and technical knowledge in the Cloud domain to drive design of a robust solution.
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary conduit between teams and clients during the discovery process.
  • Practice Capability Development: Build the capability of the Cloud Practice and enable them to effectively manage and deliver.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team and be responsible for their performance and career progression.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.
  • Dynamic Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Cloud Architecture Experience: Professional experience architecting/operating solutions built on Microsoft Azure/AWS.
  • Software Development Experience: Experience working within software development.
  • DevOps Methodologies: Working knowledge of software development tools or DevOps methodologies.
  • Successful Consulting Engagements: History of successful technical consulting and/or architecture engagements with large-scale customers or enterprises.
  • Presentation Skills: Demonstrated presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers.
