Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Leader to join our team at Max Life Insurance. This role will involve driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships, market analysis, and talent management.

About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, develop marketing campaigns, and manage sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments to inform business decisions.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish partnerships, and negotiate agreements to drive revenue growth.
  • Talent Management: Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure accountability.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
