Job Summary:

The Project Manager will serve as the key liaison between our clients and internal technical teams. This individual will be responsible for driving conversations with clients, prioritizing tasks for teams, identifying improvement areas in ongoing solutions, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead Client Communication: Ensure clear understanding of requirements, updates, and deliverables
  • Drive Project Discovery: Scoping, and execution for data analytics, AI, CRM, and digital transformation projects
  • Translate Client Needs: Into actionable plans for technical teams
  • Identify Risks and Resolve Blockers: To ensure timely delivery
  • Prioritize and Assign Tasks: Ensuring team alignment and accountability
  • Review Solution Designs: And suggest optimizations based on industry best practices
  • Maintain Project Documentation: Status updates, and reporting dashboards
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: By analyzing feedback, metrics, and team retrospectives

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of program or project management experience in tech consulting or product teams
  • Experience in Data Analytics, AI/ML, and CRM platforms
  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and contribute to solution discussions
  • Exceptional prioritization, time management, and team coordination capabilities
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Experience with data visualization tools or product management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's or PhD in Project Management, Business, or related field preferred
