Strategic Business Process Optimizer

The ideal candidate will drive the execution of all processes in the tool convergence lifecycle, including discovery, planning, requirements and roadmap development, onboarding and change management.
- Write comprehensive Business Requirement Documents that support the development on the application.
- Support migration of channels from legacy tools to new tools ensuring thorough UAT and PVT.
- Work with cross-functional teams to manage prioritization, execution and monitoring of project activities.
- Create a change management strategy and plan to support adoption of key changes required through change execution and transition periods.
- Partner with Service Centers and Product Managers on key productivity metrics, analyzing data and developing strategies/proposals that impact customer experience.
- Influence business, operational and technical teams to ensure best practices are followed and implemented.
- Partner with reporting team to define metrics, create reporting mock-ups, write requirements, support data availability and track reporting delivery.
Key qualifications include:
- 3+ years of tax, finance or related analytical field experience.
- 4+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience.
- 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience.
- 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience.
- 4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience.
- Six Sigma Black Belt.
- Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence.
- Experience as lean sensei, or experience working as Quality Assurance Engineer.
Additional qualifications include:
- 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience.
- MBA, or CPA.
- Knowledge of Tableau.
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).
