**Job Title:** Debt Financing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our debt financing activities. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for structuring, preparing, and negotiating loan proposals with banks and financial institutions.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in liaisoning with banks, managing loan documentation, and structuring debt solutions. A strong understanding of SME/MSME Government schemes is essential for this client-facing leadership role requiring strong financial acumen, documentation skills, and banking relationships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the end-to-end process of debt syndication, including structuring, preparing, presenting, and negotiating loan proposals.
  • Advise and assist clients in accessing funding through government schemes for SMEs/MSMEs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and rating agencies to facilitate approvals and successful deal closures.
  • Oversee preparation, review, and submission of loan documentation, ensuring compliance with all banking, RBI, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on financial products, government incentives, lending policies, and interest rate trends.

**Qualifications & Experience:**

· CA/Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Commerce.

· 5-6 years of experience in debt syndication, corporate finance, or banking.

· Strong expertise in SME/MSME government schemes and their practical application in financing.

· Proven track record of successfully syndicating loans and managing end-to-end financing transactions.

· In-depth knowledge of loan structures, credit assessment, financial documentation, and compliance.

· Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
