Job Title:- Functional Consultant CRM

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules and Omnichannel implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, install, and troubleshoot Server environments to identify problems by reading platform trace logs and provide effective solutions.
  • Provide technical support and training to users on MS CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization.
  • Understand incident and service requests and ensure timely delivery of high-quality services while maintaining strict SLAs.
  • Familiarize yourself with both Agile and Waterfall approaches depending on business requirements, adapting to changing circumstances as needed.
  • Develop a good understanding of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Flow, Power BI) and Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and Common Data Model, driving innovation and efficiency within the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of Customer Engagement including Field Services and Project Service Automation.
  • In-depth MS CRM configuration knowledge, with experience in application integrations with MS CRM.
  • Certification in MS Dynamics is highly desirable, along with knowledge of DevOps principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in SSRS reporting services is essential for success in this role.
