You will be a key player in helping clients create pre-incorporation sandbox businesses, structure shareholders and directors, sign early LOIs and prepare agreements, and formalise their holding companies with full digital and advisory support.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in English and one local language
  • A strong network of SMEs, professionals, or crypto/finance-savvy founders
