We are seeking a highly skilled Scientific Subject Matter Expert to join our Business Development Operations team. This role will focus on developing high-quality proposals and contracts, aligning them with study protocols, and integrating scientific best practices.

About the Role
  • Develop High-Quality Proposals and Contracts: Manage the coordination and development of business proposals (RFP/RFI) and contracts for prospects and clients.
  • Represent the Company: Attend client meetings and industry conferences, presenting the company's capabilities and assisting with proposal development, bid defenses, work order development, and change order development.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with internal teams to integrate scientific best practices and develop innovative solutions.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science/MIS, Science, Law, or related area. 2+ years of experience in scientific/medical writing, proposal development, or contract management.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Knowledge and understanding of 21CFR Part 11, Good Clinical Practices (ICH E6 GCP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
