System Security Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned System Security Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead technical initiatives in information security or compliance engineering roles and implement DevOps security practices, integrating security controls into CI/CD pipelines.

  • Implement secure configuration and governance controls for cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Apply knowledge of cloud-native security, container orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Helm, or Ansible.
  • Ensure solid knowledge of access management, encryption, logging/monitoring, and network security principles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hold professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or AWS Security Specialty.
  • Experience with compliance automation platforms.
  • Background in regulated industries such as fintech, healthcare, or government.
