Senior SRE Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Site Reliability Engineer to lead our engineering and operations teams in driving reliability, efficiency, and scalability. As a key member of our technical leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our SRE strategy and implementing effective solutions.

  • Develop and implement methodologies for identifying toil-heavy processes and automating them to reduce manual efforts.
  • Promote an 'Automate-first' culture by reducing toil and improving service quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and monitoring strategies.
  • Design and implement reliability improvements, conduct capacity planning, and drive continuous improvement from incidents.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Hands-on experience as a Site Reliability Engineer with 5+ years of experience in SRE roles.
  • Practical experience defining and implementing SLOs and operating error budgets.
  • Strong understanding of technical systems, analytical skills, and production support processes.
  • Knowledge of SRE principles, modern observability tooling, IaC principles, and configuration management solutions.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, and monitoring technologies.
  • Experience with incident response, problem-solving, and root cause analysis.
  • Leadership and communication skills to drive change and collaborate with stakeholders.
