Main Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the founding team to define business strategies and models.
- Build and manage a strong team of passionate individuals.
- Drive project execution (Profit Pathshala, TapriPreneur Network, etc.).
- Identify funding, partnerships, and growth prospects.
- Manage on-ground operations, events, and community-building initiatives.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset (risk-taking + problem-solving).
- Passion for startups, community development, and youth empowerment.
- Willingness to work on the ground in a rural setting.
- Prior experience in startups / business / leadership (desired but not mandatory).
- Dedication, discipline, and commitment to building something significant.
