Financial Leadership Role

Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the financial strategy of our renewable energy projects. This includes developing and executing financial plans, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

We are seeking an experienced professional who can provide strategic financial insights to our leadership team and drive the financial growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Financial Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive financial strategies for renewable energy projects, optimizing capital structuring and fund-raising (equity & debt).
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and rating agencies to secure project financing.
  • Negotiations: Drive negotiations for long-term and short-term loans, securing competitive terms and compliance.
  • Working Capital Management: Oversee working capital management, treasury operations, and cash flow planning to ensure business continuity.
  • Mergers and Acquisitions: Support M&A, project finance, and refinancing activities in line with our company's growth strategy.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to domestic and international financial regulations.
  • Financial Modeling: Prepare and present financial models, projections, and investment reports to senior management and stakeholders.

This role requires a strong understanding of financial markets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in financial leadership roles.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in financial software.
