Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly analytical professional to join our team as a Data Scientist.

In this role, you will work on projects that involve analyzing large datasets and developing predictive models using machine learning techniques.

You should have a strong foundation in statistics, mathematics, and computer science, as well as experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau.

Additionally, you should be proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, and have experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for solving complex problems and communicating insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Prior experience in working with Flask-based APIs for backend development

• Extensive knowledge of ML frameworks, libraries, data structures, data modeling, and software architecture

• Outstanding communication and organizational skills

• Strong project management skills

• High proficiency in using Python/Spark, Hadoop platforms, Tableau, SQL, NoSQL, SAS or R

• Experience in using services like Azure, Databricks, AWS, Snowflake

• Proficient with Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scipy, Web Scraping, Data Structures, Sklearn, NLP, Deep Learning

• Strong mathematical and statistical skills

• Experience deploying scalable ML solutions on AWS or Azure

• Knowledge of Pytorch/Tensorflow, Kubernetes, Docker

• Experience with the LLM stack (Langchain, Langsmith, Uptrain, Llamaindex, haystack) and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, opensearch)

Good to Have Skills:

• Selecting features, building and optimizing classifiers using machine learning techniques

• Data mining using state-of-the-art methods

• Extending company's data with third party sources of information when needed

• Enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems

• Procession, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis

• Work on time bound projects
