We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining end-to-end data pipelines (ETL/ELT) to extract, clean, and load reliable data from various sources into our data warehouse.
You will also be responsible for architecting the infrastructure of our data platform, including cloud data warehouses and data lakes. Additionally, you will develop and implement robust data quality checks and monitoring to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our data.
Your responsibilities will also include connecting to and managing data from a variety of sources, including third-party APIs, application databases, and event logs. You will use data analytics to identify key business questions and answer them using deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks.
You will partner with product, marketing, and leadership teams to define and track critical business metrics and KPIs. You will also build and maintain clear, compelling dashboards and reports in our Business Intelligence tool to make data accessible to the entire organization.
You will communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. You will also establish foundational security and privacy protocols for our data and help lay the groundwork for our data governance program.
In addition, you will document and manage the data lineage from our source systems to our reports and dashboards to ensure data traceability and trust.
Required Skills:- Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and data architecture.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including Snowflake and BigQuery.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and communicate insights effectively.
