Customer Service Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Engineer to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the flawless performance of our instruments and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with customers, projecting Thermo Fisher as a valued partner.
- Work closely with the Sales Team, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Participate in the implementation of process improvement initiatives related to customer-centric service operations.
- Maintain and update all necessary records related to the customers for whom you are the primary engineer.
- Guide customers in planning and maintaining optimum spare stock.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics/Instrumentation with a minimum of 75% marks in aggregate.
- Proven experience (4-5 years) in handling XRF instruments.
- Ability to plan and ensure on-time execution of PM, BD, and installations to meet customer requirements and business revenue targets.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- In-depth knowledge of XRF is necessary to manage and grow the business.
