Audio Visual Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Specialist to lead our team in delivering high-quality AV solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in AV deployment and project management, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They should be able to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and effectively communicate both verbally and written.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering from end users/customers for AV related projects, designing solutions as per the received brief/requirements gathered, getting business approval for AV solutions, and providing final design to collaboration heads/vendor management teams for getting quotes from vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough requirement gathering from end users/customers for AV related projects.
  2. Design innovative AV solutions that meet the requirements of the customers.
  3. Obtain business approval for the proposed AV solutions.
  4. Provide final design to collaboration heads/vendor management teams for obtaining quotes from vendors.
  5. Evaluate technical and commercial proposals received from vendors.
  6. Coordinate with CIS/BU teams (civil and MEP) for room readiness required for deployment of AV systems.
  7. Verify drawings received from vendors.
  8. Follow up with vendors for timely delivery according to PO.
  9. Ensure end-to-end project coordination with vendors and internal teams, follow up and close out of all dependencies.
  10. Ensure the execution of projects is to the customer's satisfaction.
  11. Document projects throughout their lifecycles.
  12. Quality check physical installations.
  13. Test and commission AV systems.
  14. Hand over projects to operations team/customer with proper training on usage of installed systems.
  15. Provide remote first level support for maintenance calls.
  16. Visit project sites to address issues or troubleshoot if required.
  17. Perform periodic health checks of AV systems and provide inputs on improvements if required.
  18. Conduct extensive POCs for latest technologies.
