Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join our team.

  • You will design and optimize scalable backend systems to support high-traffic applications, ensuring robust performance and reliability.
  • You will write and maintain testable, efficient, and reusable code, ensuring alignment with current best practices and industry standards.
  • You will manage project priorities and deliverables with technical expertise.
  • You will collaborate with Product and Tech teams on user-facing products.
  • You will mentor teammates and set high technical standards.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or related fields.
  • 4+ years of experience working as a backend developer.
  • Proficient in Python programming language.
  • Hands-on experience working with Django, Fast API or similar frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience working with GenAI stack.
  • Strong knowledge of database systems.
  • Hands-on experience working with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS or Azure.
  • Understanding of micro services architecture and containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in scalability and performance optimization.
  • Strong coding, logical and problem-solving abilities.
