Job Title: Application Specialist

Overview

The role of an Application Specialist is a critical component of our Study Abroad team. This position involves managing the end-to-end application journey for students applying to top universities across various countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of university applications, including evaluation and recommendation of suitable programs/universities.
  • Evaluate student profiles and guide them on documentation, eligibility, deadlines, and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in drafting SOPs, resumes, LORs, and academic materials, ensuring precision and accuracy.
  • Liaise with international universities and coordinate with internal teams (counseling, visa, finance) for a seamless process.
  • Maintain trackers and provide weekly reports, highlighting bottlenecks to management.

  • Detailed understanding of international admissions processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
