Technical Sales Position

The company is a leading provider of hydraulic and pneumatic sealing systems in the Indian Hydraulics industry.

We have expertise in the highly demanding hydraulics field, gained through years of experience and serve leading OEMs across various sectors.

This role involves technical sales, support, sales engineering, and communication as a full-time remote position.

  • Maintain excellent customer relationships and serve as the first point of contact for all technical and commercial aspects.
  • Identify new potential customers and projects, manage accounts receivable, and develop strategies for the region.
  • Coordinate with headquarters to manage customer requirements and track key performance indicators.

The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of technical sales experience, fluency in English and Tamil, excellent problem-solving skills, and technical knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and serve as their primary point of contact for all technical and commercial needs.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage accounts receivable, and develop strategic plans for the region.
  • Coordinating with Headquarters: Collaborate with our global teams to manage customer requirements and track key performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 10-12 years of experience in technical sales.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Tamil.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
