Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement community-building initiatives, collaborating with creators, businesses, artists, and everyday citizens.
  • Develop strategies to turn followers into contributors, attendees into advocates, and locals into ambassadors.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about community design, cultural programming, and collaboration.

What You'll Do
  • Establish and moderate hyperlocal channels and groups, supporting events and creators across various categories.
  • Launch and manage community-driven projects, promoting engagement and participation.
  • Organize offline meetups, workshops, and events, fostering connections between community members.
  • Design and execute activities that encourage member engagement and inspire creativity.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in community management, creator relations, social media, or cultural programming.
  • Strong understanding of digital tools, city-based networks, and community-building principles.
  • Experience in organizing events, managing contributors, or running community-led initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in multiple languages preferred.
