SABA Reporting Solutions Architect Lead

We are seeking an experienced SABA Reporting Solutions Architect to join our team at Applied Materials. As a key member of our Learning and Development department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing reporting solutions that meet the business requirements of our organization.

Key Responsibilities- Design and develop reporting solutions that improve business outcomes and achieve strategic goals.
- Analyze business requirements and provide solutions to complex problems through close collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop expertise in SABA's day-to-day operations, processes, and data systems to leverage insights and drive business decisions.
- Configure, test, and deploy reporting changes and enhancements in SABA, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Serve as the HRIT reporting SME to drive user experience improvements in SABA.
- Participate in system upgrades, including reporting, to ensure smooth transitions and optimal performance.
- Provide expertise on system and reporting issues, collaborating with HR/Business users to resolve complex problems.
- Partner with HRIT Analysts to recommend process improvement strategies, driving efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to streamline reports, achieve maximum optimization, and automate processes.
- 4-5 years of experience with SABA reporting; strong background in HR Data and reporting.
- Hands-on experience in handling Learning Management Systems, ideally SABA application.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to manage client expectations effectively.
- Consultative skills and ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners.
- Ability to learn quickly, work within tight deadlines, and assume personal responsibility and ownership.
- Experience gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and deploying solutions to meet client needs.
As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you'll receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
