Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Audit Manager to lead our audit engagements. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in statutory audits and be able to manage multiple teams across various timelines.

The role involves leading end-to-end audit execution, including planning, fieldwork, and final reporting. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing multiple teams, ensuring compliance with auditing standards, and working closely with tax, finance, and legal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Audit Execution: Lead statutory audits independently from planning through final reporting.
  • Multi-Team Management: Handle multiple teams & their team leads; responsible for staffing, training, and performance reviews.
  • Compliance & Technical Accuracy: Ensure alignment with Ind AS, IGAAP, and auditing standards (SA 200 series onwards).
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with tax, finance, and legal teams to identify control gaps and compliance issues.
  • Client Management: Own client relationships; act as the single point of contact for escalations, walkthroughs, and closure.

The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-6 years of statutory audit experience, preferably in an audit firm. They should have a proven track record of independently closing audits without supervision and possess strong leadership skills.

Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA): A professional accounting certification.
  • Independent Operator: Must have a proven track record of independently closing audits without supervision.
  • Team Leader: Experience managing multiple teams leads and audit teams simultaneously.
  • Subject Matter Expert: In-depth knowledge of Ind AS, IGAAP, SA standards, and financial statement preparation & review.
  • Strong Legal Acumen: Working knowledge of Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, and other allied laws.
  • Deadline-Oriented: High accountability, thrives under pressure, and delivers audits on time—every time.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong articulation for client presentations, board reporting, and team guidance.
